The planning process<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The center of my life is in South Germany, in T\u00fcbingen and Konstanz. However, I work flexibly, super regionally and I am happy to come to you, even if it is in the far north. Every project is unique. In order to get a unique feeling for the location and its owner, the planning process starts with an initial inspection of the site and a personal meeting with the owner. Inspired by the first meeting, the first ideas emerge, which I like to put on paper.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can scribble anywhere, spontaneously in a cafe or on the train, but also at your desk in the office. Sketches are very important for my design process. This is where the first ideas are captured. They are reduced to the most important things and are therefore very expressive. Lines and hatches shape the space and create first impression of the place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The first on-site appointment is usually charged at as an all-inclusive rate based on the consulting time on site. After the first consultation appointment – when I probably already have a lot of ideas in my head – I will make you an individual offer depending on the scope of the project and the situation. The work of a landscape architect is defined and invoiced according to the work phases of the HOAI, the fee structure for architects and engineers. These are divided into 9 areas, which can be individually commissioned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      As a landscape architect, I act independently as a link between the client and the executing gardening company. I will gladly accompany you from the first step to the completion of your garden world. If you are interested, I will be happy to explain the individual phases of work in detail. In principle it is helpful if you provide me with your existing documents concerning the property and building, such as the development plan, site plan or elevation plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is important to me that your dream can be realized. For me the main focus is to inspire you and to make the seemingly impossible come true for you, regardless of the budget. There is always a path.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Der Planungsprozess<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          Standort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Mein Lebensmittelpunkt ist in S\u00fcddeutschland in T\u00fcbingen und Konstanz. Ich arbeite allerdings flexibel und \u00fcberregional und komme auch gerne zu Ihnen, auch wenn das im hohen Norden liegen sollte. Jedes Projekt ist einzigartig. Damit ich dieses einzigartige Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr den Ort und seinen Bauherren bekomme, f\u00e4ngt der Planungsprozess mit einer ersten Besichtigung der Anlage und einem pers\u00f6nlichen Gespr\u00e4ch mit dem Bauherren an. Inspiriert von dem ersten Treffen entstehen erste Ideen, die ich gerne aufs Papier bringe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Skizzieren kann man \u00fcberall, spontan im Caf\u00e9 oder im Zug, aber auch im B\u00fcro am Schreibtisch. Skizzen sind f\u00fcr den Gestaltungsprozess sehr wichtig. Hier werden erste Ideen eingefangen. Sie sind auf das Wichtigste reduziert und sind gerade deshalb sehr ausdrucksstark. Linien und Schraffuren teilen den Raum auf und geben ihm eine erste Gestalt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Leistungsphasen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Der erste Vororttermin wird in der Regel nach einer Kostenpauschale abgerechnet, die sich auf die Beratungszeit vor Ort bezieht. Nach dem ersten Beratungstermin \u2013 wenn mir wahrscheinlich schon ganz viele Ideen im Kopf schwirren \u2013 erstelle ich Ihnen je nach Auftragsumfang und Situation Ihr individuelles Angebot. Die Arbeit eines Landschaftsarchitekten wird nach den Leistungsphasen der HOAI, der Honorarordnung f\u00fcr Architekten und Ingenieure definiert und abgerechnet. Diese werden in 9 Bereiche unterteilt, die individuell beauftragt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Gerne begleite ich Sie vom ersten Schritt bis hin zur Fertigstellung Ihres Gartenreiches. Bei Interesse erl\u00e4utere ich Ihnen die einzelnen Leistungsphasen gerne im Detail. Prinzipiell ist es hilfreich, wenn Sie mir Ihre vorhandenen Unterlagen zum Grundst\u00fcck und Geb\u00e4ude, wie z.B. den Bebauungsplan, Lageplan bzw. H\u00f6henplan zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
