Loving corners and edges<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The result is a diversified living garden with corners and edges, which are the very charm of the whole complex. The use of shell limestone, basalt and concrete paving creates a harmonious interplay of materials to compliment the house. The difference in height is compensated for by an ashlar wall, whose massiveness is mitigated by cleverly planned plant beds and a small staircase. Large-format basalt slabs create a generous living terrace, which in turn is bordered by plant beds made of small ashlars. A broad staircase leads to the wide lawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on your taste, you can play football on the large lawn, have lunch with your family on the main terrace or sit comfortably with friends around the fireplace. Functional wishes such as barrier-free access, additional parking lots and the terrain support are integrated into a harmonious overall design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liebevolle Ecken und Kanten<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Entstanden ist ein abwechslungsreicher Wohngarten mit Ecken und Kanten, die gerade den Reiz der Anlage ausmachen. Durch die Verwendung von Muschelkalk, Basalt und Betonpflaster entsteht passend zum Haus ein stimmiges Zusammenspiel an Materialit\u00e4ten. Der H\u00f6henunterschied wird durch eine Quadermauer abgefangen, deren Massivit\u00e4t durch geschickt eingeplante Pflanzbeete und einem kleinen Treppenaufgang entsch\u00e4rft wird. Gro\u00dfformatige Basaltplatten lassen eine gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Wohnterrasse entstehen, die wiederum mit Pflanzbeeten aus kleinen Quadern eingefasst wird. Ein breiter Treppenlauf f\u00fchrt auf die weite Rasenfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je nach Gusto kann auf der gro\u00dfen Rasenfl\u00e4che Fu\u00dfball gespielt, mit der Familie auf der Hauptterrasse Mittag gegessen oder mit Freunden gem\u00fctlich um die Feuerstelle gesessen werden. Funktionale W\u00fcnsche wie Barrierefreiheit, zus\u00e4tzliche Stellpl\u00e4tze und die Gel\u00e4ndeabst\u00fctzung werden in eine harmonische Gesamtgestaltung integriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
