Versatile garden areas<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Versatile spaces and versatile usage was the motto for the garden design of an apartment building in Constance. Great importance was also attached to integrating the existing materials into the new concept. The rear, protected garden area resembles a green oasis, far away from the noise of the street. The seating area with a wooden screen, framed by lush plant beds with hedge bars, perennials, useful plants and tulip bulbs, provides an ideal retreat for the whole family. The seating areas as well as the paths were created from existing polygonal slabs and complemented with the red garden gate as an eye-catcher. The sitting area in the entrance area, with a view of what is happening on the street, interrupts the functional entrance and the parking spaces and invites you to linger and observe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vielseitige Gartenr\u00e4ume<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Vielseitige R\u00e4ume und vielseitige Nutzungen lautete das Motto f\u00fcr die Gartengestaltung eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Konstanz. Au\u00dferdem wurde hoher Wert darauf gelegt, die vorhandenen Materialien in das neue Konzept zu integrieren. Der hintere, gesch\u00fctzte Gartenbereich gleicht einer gr\u00fcnen Oase, fernab des Stra\u00dfenl\u00e4rms. Der Sitzplatz mit Holzsichtschutz, eingerahmt von \u00fcppigen Pflanzbeeten mit Heckenriegel, Stauden, Nutzpflanzen und Tulpenzwiebeln, erm\u00f6glicht einen idealen R\u00fcckzugsort f\u00fcr die ganze Familie. Die Sitzecken sowie die Wegef\u00fchrung wurden dabei aus vorhandenen Polygonalplatten angelegt und mit dem rote Gartentor als Hingucker erg\u00e4nzt. Die Sitzecke im Eingangsbereich, mit Blick auf das Geschehen der Stra\u00dfe, unterbricht die funktionale Einfahrt und die Stellfl\u00e4chen und l\u00e4dt zum Verweilen und zum Beobachten ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
